Until now Happy Hoppy Viking is the most hoppy beer we have brewed. A triple IPA with about 130 IBU. It is brewed from different types of malted barley , some of them with a caramel character, so the beer gets a golden colour. We have dry hopped the beer with hops during the aging.
That is why you get a great scent of flowers when you pour the beer into the glass. There can be a little sediment from the hops. Pour carefully if you want to avoid it. IPA is perfect to strong cheese. The bitterness of the hop goes together excellently with the sharp taste of the cheese. Brewed from malted barley, sugar, hops, yeast and water
