Hornbock from Hornbeer is a strong bottom-fermented beer with approximately 7% alcohol by volume. We have taken the liberty of styling this bock beer after our own tastes by using extra bittering hops and a bit of smoked malt. Do you know why it is called a bock beer? It is generally known that a bock is a somewhat stronger beer. The
wildness that this type of beer can produce in a bock drinker gives the association to a bucking ram. Hornbock goes very well with the Danish lunch buffet with its marinated herring and rye bread. Brewed from six different types of malted barley, hops, water and yeast. 7.0% ABV
