Now we think, that it’s time for this beer. It’s a heavy stout, 10% ABV. The beer is brewed with coffeemalt, chocolate malt, black malt and honey. We have used hops to 120 IBU, it’s dryhopped and it’s matured on oak and walnut. Now we think it’s matured enough. The taste ? People that have tasted it, says coffee, liquorice, honney, oak and walnut. But try it yourself. The Fundamental Blackhorn was elected as the best beer to the beerfestival in Valhal, Frederikssund 2011. The temperature should be around 12-15 degrees. Try it together with cheeses, blue cheeses or dark chocolate. 10 % ABV
