Is brewed with lots of quality Munichmalt and Caramel malt. Using a special brewing technique, we have succeeded in producing a low alcohol percent of 2.5% whilst maintaining the good taste from the malt. The brew was boiled with a generous quantity of hops, maintaining the beers balance between bitterness and sweetness. Like all beers from Hornbeer, Økologisk Frokost is produced with the minimal use of resources and CO2 emissions. Water used for brewing is heated by surplus heat from the brewing process as well as heat generated during fermentation. Most electricity used is produced by large solar panels at the brewery. Practical and resource efficient. Økologisk Frokost is great with lunch.
