With this beer, we have tried to create a beer that has a hopped IPA character combined with the complex fruity, spicy character of Belgian Pale Ale. We feel this is a perfect combination of two different styles that we here at Hornbeer love so much. We have double dry-hopped the beer, to extract as much hops flavor as possible. It is initially dry-hopped with Centennial, which gives variation of flowers and citrus. In the second round we have used Cascade which in turn gives a degree of citrus and grapefruit.
