Organic Christmas is a bottom fermented bock beer with a caramel flavor and a sweetness from Munich malt, we have also used a little orange peel in the recipe. Christmas beer is one of the very best traditions of Christmas in Denmark and has been treated with respect and devotion since Viking times. Christmas beer has always been of the strong kind, indeed, a good beer. We have chosen to brew the beer so that it is not too strong, with an alcohol percentage of 5.8. That is on the low side amongst many Christmas beers but despite that, there is still plenty of flavor. Organic Christmas beer fits perfectly with the traditional Christmas Dinner.
